Hi! My name is Jessi and I had always been passionate about health and enjoyed helping others achieve their goals. As a personal trainer, I've been able to make a difference for clients to reach their fitness objectives – weight loss, toning, strength, endurance, confidence. I have clients of all ages, male and female - I enjoy talking to each one to understand what makes them tick and to figure out the best way to motivate them to train better. I customize exercise programs based on each individual's unique needs and objectives. So when we train together, we define specific targets just for you and reaching your goals becomes my goal.

05/07/2020 at 14:43I joined Jessica’s WEWALK group in 2015 after never having a walk of more than 2km without stopping to rest in my life and being a senior (over 55 years), I didn’t think I could join a walking group. Since joining I have walked more than 20,000 steps per day, every day. My whole outlook on ageing and life has changed for the better thanks to Jessica and the group for their encouragement and guidance. I also enjoy the company of other members who turned to my friend and make walking fun. A big thank you to Jessica!
